Day 1 : Arrival in Colombo – Transfer to Negombo
Welcome to Sri Lanka! Upon your arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport in Colombo, you will be greeted by our local representative. Begin your journey with a short drive to Negombo, a charming coastal town known for its golden beaches, Dutch-era architecture, and vibrant fishing villages. After check-in, enjoy a relaxed evening exploring Negombo Beach, the historic Dutch Canal, or the St. Mary’s Church, one of the largest cathedrals in Sri Lanka. Overnight stay in Negombo.
Day 2 : Negombo – Chilaw – Kandy
After breakfast, check out and proceed to Chilaw, home to the sacred Munneswaram Temple, a revered Hindu temple believed to have been visited by Lord Rama. Take time to absorb the spiritual ambiance before continuing your scenic drive toward Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. En route, enjoy the lush landscapes and stop for photo opportunities. On arrival in Kandy, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa), one of the holiest Buddhist sites in the world. Later, explore the Kandy Lake and enjoy a cultural dance performance in the evening. Overnight stay in Kandy.
Day 3 : Kandy – Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, begin your journey to the picturesque hill station of Nuwara Eliya, often called “Little England” for its colonial charm and cool climate. En route, stop at a tea plantation and factory to witness the famous Ceylon tea-making process and enjoy a fresh cup. Continue to Ramboda Falls, one of Sri Lanka’s most stunning waterfalls. Upon arrival in Nuwara Eliya, take a city tour including visits to Gregory Lake, Victoria Park, and the colonial-era Post Office Building. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 4 : Nuwara Eliya – Full-Day Exploration
Today is dedicated to exploring more of Nuwara Eliya’s charm. Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens, home to over 10,000 species of flora, and take a scenic stroll through tea estates surrounding the area. You may also visit Seetha Amman Temple, believed to be the place where Sita was held captive by Ravana, adding a mythological layer to your trip. Enjoy boating at Gregory Lake or opt for a leisure walk through the town’s colonial lanes. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Nuwara Eliya.
Day 5 : Nuwara Eliya – Colombo
After breakfast, check out and proceed toward Colombo, the vibrant capital city of Sri Lanka. Enjoy a scenic drive through rolling hills and tea gardens as you descend from the highlands. Upon arrival, embark on a city tour visiting key landmarks such as the Independence Square, Galle Face Green, Gangaramaya Temple, Old Parliament Building, and Colombo Fort. Don’t forget to explore Pettah Market for local souvenirs and street food. Enjoy your final evening in Sri Lanka with dinner at a local restaurant or by the seaside promenade. Overnight stay in Colombo.
Day 6 : Departure from Srilanka
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure flight. Leave with unforgettable memories of Sri Lanka’s rich culture, scenic beauty, and warm hospitality. Safe travels and we hope to welcome you again soon!
