Day 01 : Arrival in Cairo – Welcome to the Land of Pharaohs

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local representative who will assist you with immigration and baggage collection. You will then be transferred to your hotel in central Cairo (approx. 25 km / 45 minutes). After check-in, relax and recover from your journey or step out for a short evening stroll in this vibrant, history-rich capital. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 02 : Half-Day Tour to the Pyramids of Giza & the Sphinx

After breakfast at your hotel, your private guide will take you to the iconic Giza Plateau (approx. 20 km from central Cairo / 30–40 minutes), where you’ll witness one of the most awe-inspiring wonders of the ancient world — the Great Pyramids of Giza. Marvel at the grandeur of the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure, followed by a visit to the mystical Sphinx, with the body of a lion and the face of a pharaoh. Entrance to the pyramid site is included. After the tour, return to the hotel and enjoy the rest of your day at leisure. Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 03 : Cairo to Aswan – Embark on 5 Nile Cruise

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan (approx. 1.5-hour flight). Upon arrival at Aswan Airport, you will be met and transferred to the cruise dock to board your luxurious 5-star superior Nile cruise (options include Jamila, Kahila, Farida, Royal Ruby or similar).In the afternoon, set out on a guided tour to explore Aswan’s key landmarks, including the stunning Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, and the High Dam, a modern engineering marvel that tamed the mighty Nile. After your visit, return to the cruise ship. Dinner and overnight stay onboard in Aswan.

Day 04 : Nile Cruise – Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples

Enjoy breakfast as your cruise sets sail toward Kom Ombo (approx. 45 km by river). Visit the unique Kom Ombo Temple, shared by two gods – Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. After the visit, continue sailing to Edfu (approx. 65 km).Upon arrival, take a guided visit to the Temple of Horus, one of the best-preserved shrines from the Greco-Roman period, known for its massive pylons and striking carvings. Return to the cruise for lunch and afternoon relaxation as you continue sailing toward Luxor. Dinner and overnight onboard.

Day 05 : Nile Cruise – Luxor East & West Bank

Arrive at Luxor early in the morning, often described as the world’s greatest open-air museum. After breakfast, disembark for a full day of guided exploration. Begin with the West Bank, home to the ancient Valley of the Kings (approx. 10 km from the cruise dock), where pharaohs including Tutankhamun were buried in richly decorated tombs. Next, visit the imposing Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari, and stop by the Colossi of Memnon, two massive statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III.Return to the ship for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, visit the East Bank to explore the Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple (approx. 4 km from the cruise dock), marveling at ancient columns, obelisks, and sacred lakes. Dinner and final overnight stay onboard in Luxor.

Day 06 : Luxor to Cairo – Return to the Capital

After breakfast, disembark from the cruise. You will then be transferred to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo (approx. 1-hour flight). Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel (approx. 25 km / 45 minutes). The rest of the day is free to explore Cairo at your own pace or enjoy optional activities such as a Nile dinner cruise or a visit to the Egyptian Museum (available on request). Overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 07 : Final Departure from Cairo

After breakfast, check out and transfer to Cairo International Airport (approx. 25 km / 45 minutes) for your departure flight. Depart with unforgettable memories of Egypt’s timeless wonders—from the mighty pyramids to the majestic Nile.

• Any Cost Arising Due To Unforeseen Contingencies Such As Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. Such Expenses Will Have To Be Paid Directly.
• Any Increase In Taxes Or Fuel Price, Leading To Increase In Cost On Surface Transportation & Land Arrangements, Which May Come Into Effect Prior To Departure.

  45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the tour / service cost.
  15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the tour / service cost.
  07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour / service cost.
  48 hours prior to arrival or no show: no refund.
• Written Cancellation Will Accept On All Working Days, Except Sunday, Any Cancellation Sent On Sunday’s Will Be Considered On Next Working Day (Monday).
• Child Above 12 Years Will Be Considered As Adult Only.
• Any Cost Arising Due To Unforeseen Contingencies Such As Any Pandemic Situation, Flight Cancellations, Landslides, Road Blockage, Political Disturbances (Strikes), Etc. Such Expenses Will Have To Be Paid Directly.
• Payment Terms : 50% Payment For Confirmation & Balance 50% Payment Before 20 Days Prior To The Departure Date, If Service Falling Within 20 Days Then 100% Advance Payment At The Time Of Confirmation.
• Hotels Rooms Confirmation Is Subject To Availability.
• If Above Quote Hotels Not Available Then Similar Hotels Options Will Be Offered.
• Hotel Check Inn & Check Out Policy Will Be Applicable, Rooms Will Not Be Allotted Before Check Inn Timings Of Hotel.
