Day 01 : Arrival at Yerevan
Welcome to Armenia! Upon your arrival at Zvartnots International Airport in Yerevan, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Take the rest of the day to relax and get acquainted with the capital city. Depending on your arrival time, you may choose to take a leisurely evening stroll through the Republic Square, marvel at its grand architecture and enjoy the magical Dancing Fountains show (seasonal). Overnight stay in Yerevan.
Day 02 : Yerevan City Tour
After breakfast, embark on a comprehensive city tour of Yerevan, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Begin with a visit to Victory Park and Mother Armenia Monument, offering panoramic views over the city. Continue to Cascade Complex, a massive stairway adorned with modern art and sculptures. Explore the Cafesjian Center for the Arts located within the Cascade. Visit the Matenadaran, an ancient manuscript repository housing over 17,000 rare texts. Pay homage at the Tsitsernakaberd Genocide Memorial, dedicated to the victims of the Armenian Genocide. Later, admire the grandeur of Opera House, and explore the lively Vernissage Market for local crafts and souvenirs. The day concludes at the impressive Republic Square, where you can enjoy the vibrant city life. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 03 : Yerevan – Garni – Geghard – Yerevan
After breakfast, head out for a scenic excursion to two of Armenia’s most iconic cultural sites. Your first stop is Garni Temple, the only Greco-Roman colonnaded pagan temple in the post-Soviet region, spectacularly perched above the Azat River Gorge. Enjoy the breathtaking natural surroundings and, if time permits, witness a local lavash-making demonstration. Proceed to the Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage site, partly carved out of solid rock and known for its incredible acoustics and spiritual ambiance. En route back to Yerevan, admire the mountainous landscapes and rural Armenian life. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 04 : Yerevan – Tsaghkadzor – Lake Sevan – Dilijan – Yerevan
Today’s journey offers a blend of natural beauty and alpine charm. Depart Yerevan for the picturesque ski resort town of Tsaghkadzor, nestled in the mountains. Visit the Kecharis Monastery, and, if you wish, take a ride on the cable car for panoramic views of the surrounding peaks. Continue to Lake Sevan, the “Jewel of Armenia,” known for its turquoise waters and breathtaking views. Visit the Sevanavank Monastery, dramatically located on a peninsula overlooking the lake. Proceed to Dilijan, often referred to as the "Switzerland of Armenia," where you can stroll through the old town, admire traditional Armenian architecture and visit Haghartsin Monastery, nestled deep in the forest. Return to Yerevan in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 05 : Yerevan (Free Day / Optional Experiences)
Enjoy a leisurely day in Yerevan to explore at your own pace. You may revisit favorite sites, indulge in Armenian cuisine at a local restaurant, or take part in optional tours such as a visit to the Erebuni Fortress, the birthplace of Yerevan dating back to 782 BC, or explore the Ararat Brandy Factory for a tasting tour. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the creative spirit of Yerevan by visiting local art galleries or attending a cultural performance. Overnight in Yerevan.
Day 06 : Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Zvartnots International Airport for your departure flight. Take with you cherished memories of Armenia’s rich heritage, natural beauty, and warm hospitality.
