Day 01 : Arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport – Darjeeling (75 kms / Approx. 3 hours)

On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist you on your transfer to Darjeeling, the “Queen of Hills,” nestled at an altitude of 6,710 feet. The 75-kilometer journey takes about 3 hours and winds through lush tea gardens, mountain villages, and mist-covered hills. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you can enjoy a peaceful walk around Chowrasta (Mall Road) or sip on a cup of famous Darjeeling tea at a local café..Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 02 : Darjeeling Sightseeing

Today, wake up early and drive to Tiger Hill (around 4:00 AM) to witness a mesmerizing sunrise over Mt. Kanchenjunga, India’s highest peak. On the way back, visit the historic Ghoom Monastery and the fascinating Batasia Loop, an engineering marvel surrounded by landscaped gardens and war memorials. After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing including the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, and the Tenzing Rock. Also explore the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre and visit a nearby Tea Estate to witness the traditional tea-making process. Day 03 : Darjeeling – Gangtok (100 kms / Approx. 4 hours)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Gangtok, the vibrant capital city of Sikkim. The 100-kilometer journey takes approximately 4 hours and offers stunning views of rivers, forests, and mountains. On arrival, check in to your hotel. In the evening, enjoy a relaxed walk along MG Marg, Gangtok’s lively pedestrian boulevard filled with shops, cafés, and local street performers.Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 04 : Visit Tsomgo Lake & Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir (Optional Nathula Pass at Extra Cost)

After an early breakfast, embark on an unforgettable excursion to Tsomgo Lake, located at an altitude of 12,310 feet and around 40 km from Gangtok. This sacred glacial lake is known for its changing colors and serene surroundings. Continue to the Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, built in honor of a revered Indian soldier. Subject to permit availability and weather conditions, you can also visit the high-altitude Nathula Pass (14,140 ft), a former Silk Route border post between India and China (available at extra cost). Day 05 : Gangtok – Lachung (103 kms / Approx. 6 hours)

Today, check out and drive towards Lachung, a quaint mountain village in North Sikkim, situated at an altitude of 8,700 feet. The 103-kilometer journey takes about 6 hours and passes through spectacular landscapes, waterfalls, and deep valleys. En route, stop at Naga Waterfalls, Seven Sisters Waterfalls, and Bhim Nala Falls for photo opportunities. On arrival in Lachung, check in to your hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening surrounded by natural beauty.Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 06 : Excursion to Yumthang Valley – Back to Lachung

After an early breakfast, proceed for a half-day excursion to the breathtaking Yumthang Valley, also known as the “Valley of Flowers.” Located at an altitude of 11,800 feet and about 25 km from Lachung, the valley is adorned with colorful alpine blooms (especially during spring) and surrounded by snow-capped peaks. You may also visit the Hot Springs, known for their healing properties. Optional visit to Zero Point (at an extra cost) for a closer view of the snow-covered Himalayas. Return to Lachung for overnight stay.Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 07 : Lachung – Gangtok (103 kms / Approx. 6 hours)

After breakfast, check out and drive back to Gangtok, retracing the 103-kilometer journey through the beautiful landscapes of North Sikkim. On arrival, check in to your hotel. The evening is free for rest or a casual stroll through the lively streets of Gangtok.Return to Gangtok by evening for overnight stay.

Day 08 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing

Today, enjoy a full-day city tour of Gangtok. Begin with a visit to Tashi View Point for panoramic views of Kanchenjunga, followed by Ganesh Tok and Hanuman Tok, known for their scenic surroundings. Visit the revered Enchey Monastery, then continue to the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, which houses rare Tibetan artifacts and scriptures. Explore the Do Drul Chorten Stupa, and then visit the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handloom to see traditional Sikkimese craftsmanship. End your sightseeing with a tranquil moment at Flower Exhibition Centre, famous for seasonal blooms.Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 09 : Gangtok – NJP Railway Station (120 kms / Approx. 5 hours)

After breakfast, check out and begin your return journey to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, covering approximately 120 kilometers in about 5 hours. Your trip concludes with a heart full of memories, breathtaking Himalayan vistas, and the serene charm of Sikkim and Darjeeling.
