Day 01 : Arrival at NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport – Transfer to Gangtok (120 kms / approx. 5 hrs)
Upon arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), you will be greeted by our representative who will assist with your transfer to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. The drive to Gangtok is scenic, with rolling hills and flowing rivers lining the route. On arrival, check into your hotel and spend the remainder of the day at leisure to relax and acclimatize to the altitude. Explore nearby areas like MG Marg in the evening if time permits. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 02 : Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (Nathula Pass optional at extra cost)
After an early breakfast, set out on a memorable full-day excursion to the spectacular Tsomgo Lake, located at an altitude of 12,400 ft. This high-altitude glacial lake is considered sacred by the locals and offers stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks. Continue to the nearby Baba Harbhajan Singh Mandir, a shrine dedicated to a revered Indian Army soldier. Depending on weather conditions and permit availability, you may also opt for a visit to Nathula Pass (14,140 ft), the historic mountain pass on the Indo-China border, available at extra cost. Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 03 :Gangtok to Lachung (103 kms / approx. 6 hrs)
After breakfast, begin your scenic journey towards the enchanting mountain village of Lachung, located in North Sikkim at an altitude of 8,800 ft. En route, you will be treated to beautiful views and can stop at noteworthy spots like Seven Sisters Waterfalls, Naga Waterfall, and Singhik View Point for photo opportunities. A hot lunch will be served en route (or at a local restaurant). On arrival in Lachung, check into your hotel and relax amidst the serene Himalayan surroundings. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 04 : Excursion to Yumthang Valley – The Valley of Flowers
Following breakfast, proceed for a half-day excursion to the spellbinding Yumthang Valley, located at an altitude of 11,800 ft. Known as the "Valley of Flowers," Yumthang offers breathtaking views of alpine meadows, rivers, and snow-capped peaks. During spring, the valley is adorned with blooming rhododendrons of multiple colors. On the way, you may stop at the Hot Spring, believed to have medicinal properties. You can also opt to visit Zero Point (Yumesamdong) at an extra cost, where snow is almost guaranteed year-round. Return to Lachung by early afternoon and enjoy some leisure time. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Day 05 : Lachung to Gangtok (103 kms / approx. 6 hrs)
After breakfast, bid farewell to Lachung and begin your return journey to Gangtok. Travel through the majestic landscapes of North Sikkim once more, passing through mountain passes, waterfalls, and misty forests. Lunch will be served en route. On arrival in Gangtok, check into your hotel and relax. The evening is free for leisure or optional local sightseeing or shopping. Overnight stay in Gangtok.
Day 06 : Gangtok – NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport Drop (120 kms / approx. 5 hrs)
After a fulfilling breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey. As you depart, carry back cherished memories of your soulful journey through the beautiful landscapes of Sikkim.
