Day 01 : Arrival in Amritsar
Upon arrival at Sri Guru Ram Dass Jee International Airport or Amritsar Railway Station, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure. In the evening, visit the Golden Temple, the spiritual and cultural epicenter of Sikhism, beautifully illuminated after sunset. Later, experience the vibrant atmosphere of Amritsar’s local bazaars, particularly Hall Bazaar, for traditional Punjabi fabrics and handicrafts.Overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 02 : Amritsar – Exploring Punjab Heritage
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day sightseeing tour of Amritsar. Begin with a visit to Jallianwala Bagh, a memorial of the tragic 1919 massacre. Then explore the Partition Museum, an emotional yet educational experience chronicling the 1947 Partition. Post lunch, visit Gobindgarh Fort, a restored historic site showcasing Punjabi heritage with cultural shows, 7D projection mapping, and local cuisine. In the late afternoon, drive to the Wagah Border (approx. 30 km / 1 hr) to witness the electrifying Beating Retreat Ceremony, a dramatic military parade between India and Pakistan. Return to your hotel.Overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 03 : Amritsar – Patiala (Approx. 230 km / 5 hours)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Patiala, a city known for its regal heritage, grand architecture, and traditional handicrafts. On arrival, check into your hotel. Begin sightseeing with the splendid Qila Mubarak Complex, an 18th-century royal fort and palace complex with Mughal and Rajput architectural influences. Continue to the Sheesh Mahal, housing a museum with rare art, miniatures, and mirror work. Don’t miss the Baradari Gardens and the famous Patiala Kali Temple. In the evening, explore local markets for Patiala juttis, phulkari, and parandas.Overnight stay at Patiala.
Day 04 : Patiala – Chandigarh (Approx. 75 km / 2 hours)
After breakfast, check out and drive to Chandigarh, India’s first planned city designed by Le Corbusier. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Begin your city tour with the iconic Rock Garden, a unique sculpture garden made of industrial & domestic waste. Walk through the beautiful Rose Garden and enjoy the calm of Sukhna Lake, ideal for a boat ride or leisurely stroll. Later, explore Sector 17 Plaza, a lively commercial hub ideal for shopping and people-watching.Overnight stay at Chandigarh.
Day 05 : Departure from Chandigarh
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Chandigarh Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with cherished memories of Punjab’s rich culture, heritage, and hospitality.
