Day 01 : Arrival in Bhubaneswar – Transfer to Puri (Approx. 63 km / 2 hours)
On arrival at Biju Patnaik International Airport or Bhubaneswar Railway Station, you will be warmly received by our representative and driven to Puri, a coastal pilgrimage city located on the Bay of Bengal. En route, you can choose to stop at Dhauli Peace Pagoda, the site of Emperor Ashoka’s transformation after the Kalinga War, and Pipli, a colorful village famous for its vibrant appliqué crafts. Upon arrival in Puri, check in to your hotel and spend the remainder of the day at leisure. You may relax on Puri Beach or enjoy the local street food near Swargadwar Market.Overnight stay in Puri.
Day 02 : Excursion to Chilika Lake (Satapada) (Approx. 50 km one way / 2 hours)
After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Satapada, located on the southern fringe of Chilika Lake, Asia's largest brackish water lagoon. Enjoy a scenic boat ride through the lake’s tranquil waters where you may spot the rare Irrawaddy dolphins and explore the sea mouth where the lake meets the Bay of Bengal. Visit Rajhans Island for panoramic views and a peaceful environment. Later, return to Puri by evening.Overnight stay in Puri.
Day 03 : Puri – Bhubaneswar (Approx. 65 km / 2 hours)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and begin your return journey to Bhubaneswar. En route, stop at the iconic Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This 13th-century architectural marvel is shaped like a chariot and adorned with intricate stone carvings. Also visit Chandrabhaga Beach, known for its serene ambiance. On arrival in Bhubaneswar, check in to your hotel. The rest of the evening is at leisure; you may explore local markets or sample traditional Odia cuisine.Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.
Day 04 : Bhubaneswar Sightseeing
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Bhubaneswar, famously known as the “Temple City of India.” Begin with a visit to the grand Lingaraj Temple, an 11th-century masterpiece of Kalinga architecture. Continue to the elegant Mukteshwar Temple and the unique Rajarani Temple. Later, proceed to the ancient Udayagiri and Khandagiri Caves, rock-cut Jain caves dating back to the 2nd century BCE. End your tour with a visit to the State Museum or Ekamra Haat, where you can shop for local handicrafts.Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.
Day 05 : Departure from Bhubaneswar
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Bhubaneswar Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey. Depart with cherished memories of Odisha’s rich cultural heritage, architectural wonders, and natural beauty.
