Day 01 : Arrival in Raipur
Welcome to Raipur, the capital city of Chhattisgarh. Upon arrival at Raipur Airport or Railway Station, our representative will receive you and assist with your hotel transfer. Check-in and relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may take an optional short tour to visit Vivekananda Sarovar (Budha Talab), Shahid Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium, or enjoy local street food at Marine Drive Raipur. Overnight stay in Raipur.
Day 02 : Raipur – Jagdalpur (Approx. 300 km / 6–7 hours)
After a fulfilling breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Jagdalpur, the cultural heart of Bastar region. The route offers scenic countryside and dense forests, giving a glimpse of rural Chhattisgarh. En route, you may stop briefly at Kondagaon, known for its tribal metal craft (Dhokra art) and terracotta works. On arrival in Jagdalpur, check into your hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or explore the local Bastar handicraft markets. Overnight stay in Jagdalpur.
Day 03 : Chitrakote Falls & Tirathgarh Falls (Approx. 90 km round trip)
Enjoy your morning breakfast at the hotel before departing for a full-day excursion to the two most iconic waterfalls in Chhattisgarh. First, visit the majestic Chitrakote Waterfall, known as the Niagara Falls of India, cascading from a height of about 30 meters in a horse-shoe shape. Spend time taking photographs and enjoying the misty surroundings. Later, proceed to Tirathgarh Waterfall, located within the Kanger Valley National Park, where milky white waters tumble through lush green forests. Nearby, visit the ancient Shiv-Parvati Temple nestled near the falls. Return to Jagdalpur in the evening for overnight stay.
Day 04 : Kanger Valley National Park & Tribal Culture Exploration (Approx. 80 km round trip)
After a wholesome breakfast at the hotel, begin your journey to the biodiversity-rich Kanger Valley National Park, one of the finest natural reserves in central India. Explore the Kotumsar Caves, a limestone cave system filled with stalactites and stalagmites. Then visit Dandak Caves, known for beautiful formations. Continue your exploration with a visit to Kailash Gufa and enjoy a short walk in the dense sal forests teeming with birds and butterflies. In the afternoon, visit a local tribal village or Bastar Tribal Museum to learn about the traditions, art, and lifestyle of indigenous communities like the Gonds and Marias. Return to Jagdalpur for an overnight stay.
Day 05 : Jagdalpur – Raipur & Departure (Approx. 300 km / 6–7 hours)
After a relaxed breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your return drive to Raipur. Enjoy scenic landscapes, forest stretches, and tribal hamlets along the way. Upon arrival in Raipur, you will be dropped at the airport or railway station for your onward journey, taking with you incredible memories of waterfalls, forests, tribal traditions, and natural wonders of Chhattisgarh.
