Day 01 : Arrival at Hyderabad – Drive to Srisailam (214 km / approx. 6 hours)
Upon arrival in Hyderabad, our representative will receive you and assist in your journey towards Srisailam, one of the most revered Jyotirlinga temples in India. The road journey takes approximately 6 hours, passing through the scenic Nallamala Forests and offering glimpses of the Krishna River. En route, you may stop at Mallela Theertham Waterfalls (optional), located in the forest area and known for its natural beauty and spiritual significance. On reaching Srisailam, check in to your hotel and rest. Evening is at leisure or you may visit the Mallikarjuna Jyotirlinga Temple for evening darshan. Overnight stay in Srisailam.
Day 02 : Srisailam Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a full day of sightseeing in Srisailam, a sacred hill town known for its blend of natural beauty and religious heritage. Begin your day with a visit to the Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and one of the eighteen Shakti Peethas. Next, explore Bhramaramba Devi Temple, located adjacent to the Jyotirlinga shrine and dedicated to Goddess Parvati. Later, you can visit Srisailam Dam, built across the Krishna River and offering picturesque views. Optional visits include Akkamahadevi Caves (accessible by boat, depending on season), Paladhara Panchadhara, and the Sikharam viewpoint, the highest point of the Srisailam Hills. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03 : Srisailam – Vijayawada (257 km / approx. 6 hours)
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and drive towards Vijayawada, a bustling cultural city located on the banks of the Krishna River. The journey takes you through the heart of Andhra Pradesh’s countryside. Upon arrival in Vijayawada, check in to your hotel. In the evening, visit the iconic Kanaka Durga Temple, located atop the Indrakeeladri Hill and overlooking the city. You may also take a walk along the Bhavani Island or visit the Prakasam Barrage, an architectural marvel built across the Krishna River. Overnight stay in Vijayawada.
Day 04 : Vijayawada – Hyderabad (278 km / approx. 7 hours)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel and then check out for your return journey to Hyderabad, the City of Pearls. The drive is scenic and gives a glimpse of rural Andhra Pradesh, dotted with farmlands and traditional villages. Upon arrival in Hyderabad, check in at your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the evening at leisure. You may explore local markets like Laad Bazaar for bangles and pearls or enjoy authentic Hyderabadi cuisine at a local restaurant. Overnight stay in Hyderabad.
Day 05 : Departure from Hyderabad
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Hyderabad Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying with you the divine blessings of Srisailam and the cultural richness of Andhra Pradesh.
